One of my goals this year was to hone my Excel skills. I have used Excel for project management and task tracking, but wanted to get more comfortable with the formulas, functions, and advanced settings within the application.

I have been working through Maven Analytics’ Excel Specialist Path, beginning with completing the Charts and Graphs course. I have now moved onto Forms and Functions, and have been enjoying applying my new skills both personally and professionally.

Personally, I created an Excel Dashboard to visualize the middle school PTO finances as part of my role as Treasurer. Additionally, I created a Course Tracker for my continuing education. The Excel tracker allows me to visualize course progress, as well as provides analysis on the grades needed to accomplish my goals.

Below, you can download the Course Tracker in its current state. The grades included reflect my actual progress and points. Relearning Calculus after a 26-year hiatus was no small feat. Feel free to download the file and modify to suit your own needs.
