Dashboard Inventory
The user experience in a dashboard design is often undervalued when deploying Enterprise reporting.
For Mosaic Co, I created a detailed inventory of their massive library of PowerBI reports. I carefully documented redundancies and crossovers and created visualizations for proposed organization hierarchies for the Enterprise report library.
The dashboard inventory work was parallel to an Enterprise data warehouse optimization project. Detailed documentation of Enterprise definitions and data structures was included in this work, which created the first working Enterprise data dictionary to clarify data objectives.
Enterprise Reporting Branding & Communication
I created a cohesive branding style for the Analytics department at Stanley Consultants. Deliverables included a front page design to incorporate the data objectives of the report, page designs that optimized the canvas space, and a JSON-based custom PowerBI theme, developed with the help of this GitHub repository.
Additionally, I architectured and created an initial prototype for a company overhead expense dashboard. Reporting was also created to track government contractor ratings, as the health of these metrics aided in Stanley’s ability to win work.
